Fangshan Restaurant offers a taste of Imperial Court Cuisine. This was the type of food prepared and served in the Imperial Palace. This style of cuisine has been noted for its select use of raw materials, and ingredients. The restaurant was opened back in 1925 by imperial chefs of the former Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), and has been an absolute hit ever since.
